The Makers Tales Collective is thrilled to be part of the London Craft Week 2021 series of events, with a lively discussion led by Grace McCloud (former Editorial Manager/Inspiration Editor The World of Interiors) exploring the human element of the making process and how it embraces beauty through imperfection.

The Makers Tales Collective celebrates the stories behind each of its member’s artisan designs for interiors, revealing how the spirit of encouragement and collaboration runs through every textile, sculpture and paper creation.

For this one-off event, the Collective will explore these stories alongside the theme of imperfection, beauty and the value of the handmade, using images and videos to add depth to the discussion. It will provide a fascinating insight into changing attitudes toward heritage design, techniques and hand-crafted pieces for interiors. Guests will have the opportunity to ask questions and view works in progress.

London Craft Week is the ideal platform for this discussion, its support and nurturing of artisan makers being in natural synergy with the ethos of the Makers Tales Collective.
